Itinerary

We pick you up so that you can start the adventure as soon as possible and we go to the valley of Thor or Thorsmork, a place of impressive beauty that bears the name of the Norse god of thunder. There, in addition to incredible panoramic views, you can see the Gígjökull glacier and not far away, a very special waterfall called Seljalandsfoss.

Its fame is due to the fact that it is one of the few Icelandic waterfalls that has a hidden cave. If you do this excursion in summer you will be able to cross the curtain of water and discover the mysteries of this corner.

We will continue to a typical Icelandic town called Vík, which is very representative of other towns on the south coast. It will be a perfect place to rest and have a drink on its picturesque black sand beach called Reynisfjara. Although you must be careful because the tide is very strong and if you get close to the shore it could drag you away. It is better to watch in the distance as the force of the waves break against the dark sand and the high rocks. Quite a show!

And we will continue towards a very special promontory where in summer the puffins go to nest. Hopefully, we will be able to see many of them and learn a little more about this curious animal.

And we finish the adventure at the Skógafoss waterfall, which has an amazing drop of 60 meters that leaves no one indifferent. From there, you can also see the Mýrdalsjökull and Eyjafjallajökull glaciers, one on each side of the spectacular waterfall.
